Wet Mane Luna

Originally had a background for this, but realized I am absolutely at making splashes in water, so I sadly had to scrap it after spending way too much time trying to get it to look okay

This was my first time trying for a "wet" effect so constructive criticism is greatly appreciated!

Edit: Tried out 's idea and added some grad/blur to water
